BRUSHED is hiring for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to support the CEO of the company with marketing and administrative duties. The goal of the role is to help maximize company profits and execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns. The right candidate will work in a variety of functions, such as advertising, market research, production, sales, and distribution. 

Assist with Store Display/Merchandising, Vendor Management (graphic designers, videographers, etc.), Prep/Photograph and write descriptions for merchandise, Create or manage creation of marketing materials (print and digital), Execute marketing plans (ad buys), Research, Various administrative tasks (arranging business meetings/taking notes), Website maintenance, Email marketing, Event coordination & Booking, Social media management (supplying content), Occasional business errands (pickups & deliveries).
Must sign confidentially agreement and non-compete. Must be computer literate. (Microsoft word, PowerPoint, Excel and photo editing and video editing is a major bonus).

Pay structure: Starting at $10/hr (we will plan tasks weekly).  Performance bonuses for booking new business/contracts.

Work location:
Work/meetings at Mableton retail location and the ability to do some tasks remotely. Must have reliable transportation.

We are independently owned Paint & Sip Studio/Art Gallery, located in Mableton, GA.  We provide a variety of creative services to our customers, such as: Virtual Art Classes, D.I.Y. Art Kits, Retail Products, Customization Services & More. We ship products nationwide and have pivoted to virtual as a business strategy but may eventually integrate in-person events back into our business model.
