PRIVATE EVENT: Bradenton/Sarasota (FL) Chapter of the Links, Inc. - February Paint and Sip Friendship Event

"Knowing that it’s February, we will paint a “Beating Heart” to observe both HeartLinks and LOVE!  This activity aims to engage members in fostering love and friendship while bringing attention to the chronic health disparities that persist in our black communities.

HeartLinks is one of The Links, Incorporated's Signature Programs assigned under the Health & Human Services Facet.  This program encourages members and the communities we serve to take an aggressive stance against heart disease, the number one killer of African-American women.  See some of the heart healthy activities listed on our National website that promote a heart healthy lifestyle.

Now let’s grab our paint brushes, canvas and our favorite beverage and explore our creative side.  No creativity?  No worries! This class will be lead by a trained artist who will guide us as we create our masterpieces."

How our virtual classes work (please read carefully):

LOCAL ART KIT PICKUP

If you plan to pick up your kit locally, please select that option below & schedule your pickup AFTER your purchase.  Please allow us at least 1 business day to prepare your kit.  We offer curbside or in studio pickup with a mask.   Each art kit will include acrylic paint,  paint brushes and a pre-sketched canvases (with the outline of the art we plan to paint).  Sometimes we do not outline "nature" scenes.  If you have questions or concerns please call or text 678-887-9743.

ART KIT + SHIPPING

If you plan to have your kit shiped please select the ticket that includes shipping below.  Canvases and paint are delicate items to ship and require special  packaging.  Each art kit will include acrylic paint,  paint brushes and a pre-sketched canvases (with the outline of the art we plan to paint).  Sometimes we do not outline "nature" scenes.  If you have questions or concerns please call or text 678-887-9743.

Table covering (plastic or cloth)

Plenty of snacks and fun with the ones you love!

Class starts PROMPTLY at the time listed. Plan on downloading the necessary APP (Zoom) at least 30 minutes before the event! The link to the event will be sent to event organizers and registrants via email. 

Late comers: If you are late for the live painting, the recording will be emailed to the registrants and you can complete the painting at your leisure. 

All seats are non-refundable. We require 24 hours notice prior to your event and can only offer store credit. You must contact in writing if our office hours are closed at vmalv00@gmail.com. Cancellations must be made by the registering party, and can only be returned to the registering party.
