Art Instructor & Studio Assistant
Pay: $20/hour
This role is perfect for someone who is both creative and people-oriented—you’ll guide guests through painting experiences while helping maintain the flow of the studio.
Responsibilities:

Lead step-by-step painting classes as scheduled

Sketch canvases for classes and events
-
Set up and break down studio for sessions
-
Restock and organize paint/materials

Support light retail sales during downtime
-
Ensure smooth customer experience from start to finish

Studio Experience Manager (Part-Time, Weekends)
Pay: $15/hour + 15% commission on sales
Hours:

Friday: 6pm–9pm

Saturday: 11am–3pm

Sunday: 1pm–4pm
This is a front-facing leadership role focused on creating a welcoming, elevated studio experience while driving sales and engagement.
Responsibilities:

Greet customers, provide tours, and manage pickups

Drive retail sales and customer engagement

Maintain inventory and studio organization
-
Open/prepare studio for events and sessions
-
Create and manage studio atmosphere (music, vibe, flow)

Light sketching support for customers

This role supports off-site events, trade shows, and large activations. Ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, logistics, and travel opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Pre-Event:

Prepare and organize inventory

Assist with packing, shipping, and delivery

Run light errands as needed

Set up event displays (easels, artwork, materials)
During Event:

Manage inventory and product flow

Assist customers with orders and pickups

Support overall event execution
Post-Event:

Breakdown and pack materials

Assist with shipping and order fulfillment

We are expanding into a creative café experience and looking for someone entrepreneurial who can help bring this vision to life.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve specialty drinks (matcha, lattes, etc.)

Help develop and refine a unique drink menu

Process in-studio and online orders

Maintain a clean and inviting café space

Promote offerings and events through social media
